Whether you are a patient or family member of a patient, Thrive understands the need to provide clear and honest communication starting from your initial office consult through to the end of your treatment. Similarly, if you are a clinical care partner (i.e. chiropractor, physical therapist, orthopedic surgeon) or an attorney, Thrive will provide clear and concise patient documentation within 24 hours of seeing the patient to ensure there is no delay in patient care. Additionally, all patient and attorney forms can be downloaded from our website to fill out ahead of your visit.
