Dr. Sanjay Mehta
Interventional Pain Specialist
Dr. Sanjay Mehta is a well-rounded and caring physician whose number one priority is providing the highest level of patient care. He completed his medical education at St. George's University and completed his Anesthesia Residency at University of Missouri, Columbia. His passions led him to pursue two fellowship paths: Palliative Care at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Interventional Pain at Baystate Medical Center.
He believes in maintaining the humanism and always putting the patients needs and concerns first. His number one goal is to ensure the patient is able to get back to their normal life with dignity. He is a team player that will make sure the patient sees the best person for any aspect of their care.
Dr. Mehta's career in medicine started with a passion to help people. He had been heavily involved in the Big Brothers Association and Ekal Vidalaya (1 Teacher Schools) which are grounded in his commitment towards serving others.
Beyond his interest in medicine and volunteer work, Dr. Mehta enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and attending sporting events.
Taylor Lesniak, MSN, RN, CCRN, NP-C
Taylor is a Nurse Practitioner with Thrive Medical Partners. She is an Atlanta, GA born native. She attended Valdosta State University for her Bachelor’s in Nursing, where she received top honor of Valedictorian of The College of Nursing & Health Sciences in Fall, 2013. She has an exceptional 5 years of Intensive Care Unit experience, including recovering open-heart surgery patients and caring for many patients requiring life-supporting measures. She attended The University of Alabama at Birmingham for her Master’s Degree in Nursing, where she specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She worked in Internal Medicine as the Primary Care Provider for almost 2 years and she is very excited to be a part of Thrive Medical Partners. She has extensive experience working with patients requiring pain control throughout her various roles. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and 3 dogs.
